The customer service was unprofessional and clearly lacking proper training. The way they treated customers made me feel uncomfortable, as if I was being judged or suspected of doing something wrong. No customer should feel unwelcome or looked down upon when simply trying to receive service.

"Absolutely appalling behavior at this Nisa Local. The Post Office inside closed early at 2:55 PM, and an older man stood at the door to block entry. When I pointed out they should still be open, he laughed in my face. I asked for the staff member's name to lodge a formal complaint, and he sarcastically told me her name was 'Margaret Thatcher.' It is a degrading and nonsensical comparison to a former Prime Minister, used purely to mock a customer and avoid accountability. As a franchise, they are failing to meet government regulations and basic professional standards."

Avoid this shop at all costs. The staff there are nothing but rude, condescending and extremely unhelpful apart from one young man who did make me feel welcomed the last time I went there which is something I cannot say for the older unpleasant man on the till who I take it is the head of the shop.
The last time ever I went there I accidentally dropped one of the food packages on the floor. I had opened the door where it had been poorly stacked in the packed food section and it immediately fell out before I had even touched it. One of the stackers very rude to me and told me I had to pay for it, even after I had the decency of apologising for what happened. But I should not have to, and I think I speak on behalf of everyone. When I say you shouldn't pay for someone else's mistakes. But they demanded that I do so. I then immediately asked him if I could speak to the manager (the older man I already mentioned).
I asked why I should pay. I asked him if he had any legal right to demand this when it was clearly their negligence. And all he continued to do was try and bully me into paying. In the end I had enough and rightfully refused, leaving all the other stuff I tried to purchase on the counter in front of him. And walked out. Never to return!

I've visited this store several times recently as it's my closest convenience store but I never EVER will again. All the staff, apart from one young guy, are surly, unhelpful and glare at you like you're a potential shoplifter. The older guy on the till is particularly unpleasant, won't help you bag your groceries, throws down your purchases like they're beneath contempt and couldn't be more surly and rude. Plus their groceries are overpriced. Why should we use this store when there are pleasant people around running others? Not for me.
